Our Story
Accelerari Consulting started as a request – “Tina, would you be interested in helping us?” What developed was a growing list of projects and initiatives that always started with felt needs and continued along a strategic plan for organizational success.
From these initial projects, Accelerari has grown into a full-service Executive consulting firm providing organizational development resources across diverse industries and organizations. Although company missions and visions will be unique, the elements driving organizational success are consistent - supported and motivated great teams! Accelerari exists to accelerate these initiatives, with the goal of helping each employee be successful at work.

About Our Founder
Dr. Tina Huff is a distinguished professional with over 30 years of experience as a former Chief People Officer/Vice President of Human Resources across diverse industries, including agriculture, hospitality, manufacturing, grocery/retail, and contact centers. As the President of Accelerari Consulting, Tina is an HR technical expert, a passionate developer of teams, and an adept designer of comprehensive Human Resources management programs. Holding a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, an MBA, and a Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Tina is SHRM-SCP certified and fully bilingual (English/Spanish). She is a Senior Certified Consultant for the Birkman Method and certified as a consultant for the Six Types of Working Genius model with the Table Group. She passionately collaborates with organizations, providing strategic guidance, training management teams, and facilitating employee engagement and HR systems. Tina is a respected research presenter, covering topics from employee behavior to leadership, and offers a range of leadership and communication management training courses. Her commitment extends to teaching HR and career management courses and serving on boards. Tina's love for innovation in Human Resources is evident in her dedication to building effective management teams and systems that empower every employee to succeed, helping companies surpass their goals.
Early in life, Tina lived and studied in multiple countries, including Spain’s Canary Islands, Senegal’s capital of Dakar, and eight years in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico, and is grateful for the perspective these childhood experiences brought to her work and life. Today she thoroughly enjoys traveling, serving as the hub for family gatherings, and relaxing over a mean game of Scrabble! With this same zeal she also equally enjoys serving each client and seeing their vision and mission come to life through their teams.
